The Varsity Saints are the State 2-A Champs!!
Our boys won the State Title against
East Texas Christian on February 24th in San Antonio by 30
points!

Our
Varsity Basketball teams are going to the State Championships,
February 24th - 25. The Lady Saints ended their season
with 13 wins and 14 losses. Our Boys Varsity Saints
ended their season 28 wins and 8 losses.

December 2005
Lady Saints Basketball
Varsity Girls played Pope
John XXIII on Dec. 1 at home. Our Lady Saints won 32-31. The
game was quite intense, Junior Shara Granger went for a shot
with 3 seconds on the clock and was fouled. She missed the
first free throw but made the second- winning the game! Shara
finished with 9 points. 8th graders, Madison
Vanderdoes and Karlie Slay each had 6 points. Sophomore, Carly
Rodriguez, had 8 points, and Junior, Yvonne Kemei had 3
points.
J.V. Boys Basketball
JV Boys played Pope John on
Dec. 1 and lost 65-31. Freshman, Josh Saenz, was the high
scorer with 14 points. This brings the JV record to 3 wins and
3 losses.
Varsity Boys Basketball
Varsity Boys played Living
Faith on Nov. 29 and won 58-44. Senior, Kevin Flores, led
scorers with 27 points. Senior, Gerson Martinez, had 13
points.
